Page 1 of 2 CBS's 60 Minutes ran an exclusive on “New Questions On Bush Guard Duty,” on 08.Sep.2004 and presents four new documents they have recently “obtained,” which are damning evidence of Bush's Air National Guard record.
Seems to be only one small problem: The documents, all supposedly from 1972/1973 were produced on a recent version of Microsoft Word with a modern proportional-spaced font and a laser printer, none of which was available in 1972 and 1973.
Darn that annoying right-wing wacko at Little Green Footballs!
Today, in order to show the utter contempt with which CBS views their audience, CBS is standing by the memos and the report.
